“Double booked for me and my son but because I was travelling from work, to my appt, I asked my husband to bring my son and I will meet them there. They were there well ahead of time. The dentist was running late and therefore saw my son late too unfortunately because because I arrived 3 mins late, they decided not to see me, so that they can catch up with their time. The dentist then came out to the reception to chill whilst waiting for other patients to turn up. Date of appointment 21/7/26. 16.40 and 16.55pm”
